Pleasant place to stop & have a picnic or take a break. The lighthouse isn't open & there are no trails, but it seems that people walk the neighborhoods nearby (picturesque houses). The beachfront ends in "private property" signs right at the edge of the park, so that's not going to occupy a lot of time either. Some people seem to enjoy fishing from the rocks.
